XML identifier: UsgStInfAtLanCng
Purpose: Turns on/off informing user of usage statistics collection at change of language events. This means that the user will allways get this event when changing language every time this happes.
Status: Currently in use.

Usage: If on (true), will turn on presenting usage statistics collection after a given predefined wait is over, if app is configured to be able to do so in the first place.
Development plans: Stable.
Default: True (on)
