Royal Cloud Solutions offers two kinds of support: Free, and paid. Basic app support, which is free of charge, have a typical response time of maximum 7 days, and responds to bugs or feature requests. Paid consultancy services may be arranged. This may cover issues such as technically challenging applicatons, or assisting in the value chain from concept via xml files and EMM/MDM/MAM/UEM services and to your iOS device. OEMs may be arranged.

Our job starts with you: understanding what you need, so we can offer you options that make sense.

It is well adviced to start out with visiting the introdution to the use and rollout of ManagdWALplus, XML key/value overview, and downloading XML sample files.
