XML identifier: BtnSelFntScl
Purpose: Controls highlighting of seleced web page startup button (QLi) by scaling up, or down the font of the selected button.
Background: So users understand what web page startup button is active, by (potentially) scaling up the size of the font of the title of the button.
Status: In use starting with version 1.0.77.
Category: Single level
Related to: Web Page Title Font Size (QLi-font size), xxxx (coming feature/placeholder)
Usage: Allows scaling highlighted (selected) button by using this number as an percentaige of the font size of the button (such as Qli1FntSiz).
Development statis: No plans for change.
Default: 120
