XML identifier: SafUpdatHr
Purpose: Defines an daily hour, allowing the Safari embedded browser to harvest any resources of any given qLI URLs for those that Safari offline functionality is enabled (see there).
Status: Planned for future use/Q2 2020.
Category: Single level
Usage: Sets an Safari update hour, using UTC time.
Valid values: Strings with valid UTC time.
Default: UTC 04.30 (AM), timezone +0 (Greenwitch Middle Time).
Development: Stable, planned for actual use in Q2 2020.
