XML identifier: CachUpdatHr
Purpose: Defines an daily resource crawling hour for harvesting static resources of the given qLI URLs (see there).
Status: Planned for future use/Q2 2020.
Category: Single level
Usage: Sets an cache update hour, using UTC time.
Valid values: Strings with valid UTC time.
Default: UTC 03.00 (AM), timezone +0 (Greenwitch Middle Time).
Development: Stable, planned for actual use in Q2 2020.
